It is not as good as at Pokerstars of Full Tilt poker, but it is better than at many another rooms. There is five VIP levels based on player's activity of last month. Those who maintain VIP level for six months can claim additional Mansion Points (from 75 percents boost for first VIP level to 200 percent boost for fifth VIP level). This points can be exchanged for cash, tournaments tickets or it can be used as entry for some exclusive freerolls. It is much more profitable to exchange for cash larger amounts of mansion points. For example, if you trade your points for 10 dollars, points value is 800 per dollar, but if you trade for 100,000 it is just 320 points for one dollar. There is very many great promotions for depositors and active players. All new players receive 200 percents first deposit bonus up to 2000$. Also mansion poker often offers different reload bonuses. New players that have signed up over last 90 days can take part in 25$ bankroll builder freerolls. For a while I admit this tactic but given the increase began after I lost my several times. The final result was that I went down to zero and no others were not just a few poker points. They also played it a special tournament. Failed to produce a benefit therefrom. After that, i do not really want to pay in and did not deposited. They also have a very nice gaming software which supports the game amazingly and it has led to the game being very nice. They have a very nice support team which is always there for us and always helping us no matter what and i must say that the mode of communication between a user and the support team is via email which really sucks they must go for the chat option because with the increasing technology email has probably become the slowest form of communication on the internet and this is why it is very annoying for a user to wait for so long for the support tea to get back to them. They also have nice games and the games are not at all tight and are very entertaining. They have a very average support team and to be really honest the only thing that i loved the most about this poker room is the huggeee sign up bonus and all the other things ere just like any other random poker room.
