The weekend kicked off with three more World Series of Poker winner's bracelets awarded to Andre Boyer and Dan Idema of Canada and Byron Kaverman of the US.
72-year-old Boyer took down Event 34, a $1,500 buy-in Split Format novelty competition, which saw 92 cashes from the $1.17 million prize pool.
Parisian player Erwann Pecheaux faced Boyer in the heads up and took second place for $156,098.

Event 35, a $3,000 buy-in H.O.R.S.E. competition, saw 40 players cash from the prize pool including the winner, 30-year-old Daniel Idema.
Idema took the first place prize of $261,774 following the heads up round with Matthew Vengrin.
Talking to the press after the game, Idema said the mixed game format of HORSE is a favorite of his.
“You don't see that many players play all the games well, so I think this is suited to someone who has tried to develop in all of them, as I have,” he said.
Vengrin earned a $161,680 payout as runner up.

Event 37, a $10,000 buy-in Six-Max NLHE championship, saw 29-year-old American player Byron Kaverman score his first WSOP bracelet and the first place prize of $657,351 after taking on Doug Polk in the heads up.
Among those that made it to the final table were Oliver Busquet, Paul Volpe, Sam Greenwood, Fedor Holz and Thomas Muehloecker.
Kaverman came in second place with a whopping $406,261 win.
