Victory Poker No More

New venture for a relatively young company This week's news include an announcement made by Dan Fleyshman of Victory Poker, a young company that has been in market for only about a year, stating that the company will close its doors and transfer all player accounts, funds, Gold Chips, tournament tickets and Gold Cards to Cake Poker from June 1, 2011. Victory Poker originally operated on Everleaf Poker Network, but then decided to move to the Cake Poker Network some seven months later. Prior to the Black Friday, the company was planning to move to the heavily impacted Blanca Gaming's Cereus Network, but then after the federal actions, it decided to stop accepting US players. Via the massive social network Facebook, Fleyshman also stated that the site will be turned into an affiliate marketing site for Cake Poker, and that it "will continue doing strategy, news and videos as an affiliate site." As for his future plans, he said: "I will be focusing much more on my upcoming charity, consulting other companies and helping with Victory marketing."
