Live tournament poker pro, 24-year-old Ryan Jones of North Carolina celebrated first prize had reason to celebrate this weekend after taking home his largest win to date with the $235,804 first prize in the World Series of Poker Circuit Harrah's Cherokee Main Event.
Jones bested a field of 786 players and took a place at the final table with David Williams, Clifford Billups, Adam West, Diana Dinser, Tony Sewell, Martin Roberts, Peter Vitantonio and Garry Simms.
He faced David Williams in the heads up but eventually sent him home in second place with $145,371.
