PayPal's relationship with and anti-fraud company Iovation created quite a buzz this week among poker players.
Iovation was established by Greg Pierson, also one of the founders of Ultimatebet and Absolute Poker, was named in the multi-million dollar hole-card cheating scandal that surfaced a few years back.
Due to Pierson's history and involvement with Iovation, PayPal members are none too happy with the fact that the payment processor shares personal data with the company as its anti-fraud partner.
Poker players are hitting online forums and message boards which has been known to be effective in the past. Enough complaints just may lead to PayPal cutting ties with Iovation.
