Matt Damon Hints at New Rounders Movie Rumors have been swirling for years about a potential sequel to the popular Rounders movie featuring Matt Damon and Ed Norton. It's been almost 20 years since the film took the poker world by storm and helped generate the poker boom back in the early 2000's. Damon appeared on the Rich Eisen show, and talked about the possibility of a new Rounders movie. Eisen asked Damon about the film. Damon noted the writers of Rounders have also talked about a sequel and have an idea for what it would be. Given the state of the game, Rounders would most likely be about online poker this time around Damon told Eisen. Norton, has also been quoted as being interested in filming another Rounders movies when appeared on David Letterman in 2014.
