He has held two auctions since 2014 to help raise money for this cause. His first helped to raise over $25 million, while his 2nd in 2015 raised over $40 million. The latest auction was expected to be bigger and raise even more money. Among the many items rich folk from around the world can bid on, included famous artwork, fancy cars, and even the oddball item. Some of the artwork is appraised at over $1 million, with artists willingly donating some of their best work to the cause. Other donations that fall in to the odd item category include Victoria's Secrets runway tickets. The chance to follow around a famous movie director for an entire year. And the chance to play poker with Jonah Hill and Ed Norton. Norton is of course famous for playing the role of “Worm” in the film Rounders. If you want to ask when the much anticipated, and rumored sequel to the cult classic is going to be made, all you need to do is spend $120,000. That was the minimum bid at the auction.
