Almost a year since Pokerstars' parent The Rational Group paid the US federal authorities hundreds of millions of dollars in order to get a clean slate at its acquisition of Full Tilt Poker, US players have not been paid, and will not get their monies back in near future, judging by a statement issued by the claims administrator, the Garden City Group.
Namely, the administrator appointed after a protracted process revealed that federal officials are still trying to work out a refund formula for FTP customers, adding that the players will probably not see their cash until late next year or perhaps not even until early 2015.
Things went more favorably for non-US players who were settled directly by Pokerstars months ago.
