Nevada's Attorney General's Office has charged Bryan Micon, Bitcoin poker site Seals With Clubs owner.
Officials previously showed up to his Las Vegas home with officials with search warrants, which motivated Micon to quickly move to Antigua with plans to launch a new site.
He launched the new site in record time. Reuters has reported that an arrest warrant on felony charges was filed on Monday against Micon, claiming that he was operating illegally via an unlicensed interactive gaming system. He could face a ten year prison sentence and a $50k fine.
AG office officials planned a press conference on Wednesday to hear case details from Attorney General Adam Laxalt.
