You often see a series of games on offer from poker rooms such as Party Poker's Pokerfest, the World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP) on PokerStars and Full Tilt's FTOPS.. You will often see "satellites from as little as $1.10" as the strapline for these poker tournamenst but how often do you see a tournament series with free buyins! Americas Cardroom (and Blackchip Poker) are currently offering their second series of tournaments with a zero buyin. 57 events with total guaranteed prizes of $150,000 are on offer. The Freebuy Super Series II started on August 28th and runs through to September 6th. All 57 tournaments have a nil buyin however, there are rebuys available from 1c all the way up to $20. The $20 rebuy is for the $20,000 guaranteed and this game plays on Sunday, September 6th, 2015 at 5.30pm ET. Of course it is free to enter and if you play carefully, you could certainly get a good pay-off without spending a cent! Add-ons are also available for the same price as the rebuy in each tournament. You must remember these are freerolls though which means the play won't be that good to start off plus add in the rebuy/add-on factor; the play is likely to be very fishy particularly with the lower rebuy/add-on tournaments. That's not all though. There is a also a Freebuy Super Series Leaderboard. Every time you play a tournament, you will earn points based on the number of entrants, the value of the tournament and your finishing position. Only your best 15 results will count towards the leaderboard.
