  • I love checking out the hands on PokerStars Boom hand replayer.

Check out this great hand - HERE.

Please do share some of your favourites.

  • Another great hand - The Perfect Turn

If any hands don't load - just refresh the page (F5)

  • This is a typical bad beat at PokerStars -  Watch here although this was posted as a "nice bluff"....I think not!

  • Check out this nice pot at the 15c/30c cash table...HERE

  • here is a nice hand of mine which knocked out 3 of my opponents and earned me 3x$10 bounties ;)

just hit the play button lower right corner

  • Nice one Zuga!! woo woo

  • Perfect hand and earned you a nice $30 bucks and table chip lead.  Congrats Zuga.

  • Nice one Zuga, well done!

  • Nice hand Zuga! I would probably play exactly the same way.

  • I'm totally confused as to why player 1 folded to a $59 bet with $6,400 in the pot.

    Check out this hand HERE

  • Lol that is donk play

  • Lol that is donk play

Likely donk play as you say or possible collusion?

  • Maybe he accidentally clicked "fold", otherwise I can't see any logic behind that decision.

    Yes - another possibility.

  • Check out this Bad Beat....Aces cracked!

  • Ouch that's a brutal one Blue!

  • Check out this Bad Beat....Aces cracked!

    Oh no, that hurt!

  • Several important elements to this hand.  Firstly, this is Viktor Blom as Isildur1.  Next, his opponent raises pre-flop and when you see his hand, you'll wonder why.  Next, Isildur1 could probably have taken this hand after the flop but he chose to check as did the opponent.  Next, he throws away $1,600 with nothing and finally and the most astounding part of all, check out comment number 2.  The cheek of it!

    See the hand HERE

  • Looks like the Boom hand replayer is having problems replaying the hands.

Check out the most talked about hand on there once it's up and running - HERE

WOW!  If you've not checked it out, you really must (it's working now).  What an absolute corker of a hand.

  • Play it twice Aces - -  Double Cracked

  • 3 great hands - 1 winner See it here

  • Wow, he was really lucky there!

  • Wow, he was really lucky there!

No kidding Johnny.  Two full houses and a nut flush in one hand - not a sight you see very often.  Nice pot too - that was real cash.

  • Check out this incredible bad beat HERE.

I bet the player was totally gutted.

  • Damn, I guess he was 100% sure he'd bag the cash!

  • Damn, I guess he was 100% sure he'd bag the cash!

    Absolutely right Johnny.

Check out this amazing bad beat in a $4k guaranteed tourney.

  • Oh well, I am no specialist but if you go all in before the flop you are pretty much asking for it.

  • Oh well, I am no specialist but if you go all in before the flop you are pretty much asking for it.

Yeah but all in with pocket aces is (generally) a good bet although having said that, they are cracked all too often.

Check out cracked aces from one of PokerStars pros HERE

This is a $1050 +R SCOOP tourney, so not a cheap one to buy into!

  • I never go all in before the flop, regardless of the pocket cards, I feel it's too risky.

No I don't either.  A large raise should suffice usually.

That is so sick!  Do you think those cards would come up in real games (not online)?  I see so often online 3 of a kind after the flop and then the other guy gets a straight.  Makes me wonder if the cards are really random.

I have great doubts about the RNG and the true randomness of the cards.  In my opinion, the RNG is built for the fish.  That said, it makes me wonder if there is a different RNG for different stake levels.  Thoughts?

  • I think you are right about the RNG blue.  I play a lot of freerolls and I too believe it favors the fish.  But never thought that it could be different for different stake levels.  You might be right about that.  Otherwise why would anyone play for real money?  Maybe someone who plays for higher stakes can weigh in on this?

    Zuga what do you think?

  • Check out Play of the week.  What a great bluff!

  • Wow, he had absolutely nothing there!

  • Wow, he had absolutely nothing there!

Just under 20k call for a 97k pot he was certainly getting value to call and probably should have.  That said, Farius66 could have taken down that pot on the turn with a reasonably large bet as he had position and the opponent had checked.

Check out this hand for some easy money.  $2.50/$5.00 cash game.  $1782 bet ...with nothing!

  • Check out this interesting hand at the $10/$20 cash tables.  There are so many ways the loser could have got WizardofAahhs off this hand but he didn't.  See it here.

  • A bluff with balls - See it here

  • Good one, he spotted the moment of weakness when Player 2 checked and went for it.

  • Good one, he spotted the moment of weakness when Player 2 checked and went for it.

Agreed and also player 2 tried to show strength by doing a check/raise and luckily aces_up saw through his bluff and countered with a bluff of his own.  Nicely played by aces_up.

  • Check out this nice bluff on the $2.50/$5 tables from poker pro "Baalim" akaJorge Limon.

Player 2 checks on the river giving Baalim a good reason to bet big and take down the pot.  Nice one!

  • Well played indeed!

  • Check out this WCOOP $700 NL Hold'em tourney hand with $1.5M Guaranteed from Daniel Negreanu aka "KidPoker".  Love the check-raise after the flop.

  • Yeah, nice hand, but i guess Negreanu smell that set :D he can. I would do the same with 6's

Negreanu is one of my favourite poker personalities and he is an amazing player.

Have you got any favourite Boom hands Armage?

  • Negreanu is my favourite because he's Romanian! It's true that he was born in Canada but both his parents are Romanian ;)

I didn't know that Johnny.  Thank you.

Here is another great hand on a 2c/5c table.  Nicely played and gets all his opponents cash.  See the hand HERE

  • This hand is Very unlucky.  $3.30 NL Hold'em [6-Max], $3K Gtd

Very unlucky indeed.  Happens to me all the time.  That's what makes poker so frustrating at times.
