  • Road to 100 Billion: 65 Billion

PokerStars is on the Road to 100 Billion hands and they will be celebrating every 5 billion with a milestone hands promotion! The next stop on the way is hand 65 Billion, which will be dealt before the month of July is over.

So far 64, 686, 664, 476 hands have been dealt.

To be a Road to 100 Billion winner, you simply need to play on PokerStars cash game tables and be dealt into a millionth hand from 64,700,000,000 to 65,000,000,000 (e.g. 64,902,000,000). If you're successful, you’ll receive a cash prize that could be worth thousands of dollars.

If you're good enough to win the sixty-five billionth hand, you will receive at least $65,000! During the 65 Billion hand celebration, players can expect to win close to $1,000,000 in prizes!

    Milestone Hand Tips:

Play on more tables - If you are able to play on more than one table at a time, you will increase your chances of being dealt into a milestone hand.

Play longer sessions - The size of the prizes depends on the number of VIP Player Points (VPPs) you have earned while sitting at the table. You earn VPPs in cash games every time you play in a raked hand, so the longer you’re there the more you earn. Try to take a seat at a table well in advance of the next milestone hand to increase the amount of your potential prize.

Play an action game - Some games generate pots more easily, such as Limit Hold'em or Pot Limit Omaha. Playing these will help you to earn VPPs faster.

There will be 300 regular milestone hands, and a final Mega Milestone in each Road to 100 Billion celebration. For the 65 Billion celebration, it’s hand #64,700,000,000 to #65,000,000,000. Next up will be 70,000,000,000, so keep checking back to find out more information.

    Good luck.

  • I signed in late last night just before I was off to bed and played two tables.  Unfortunately, I was nowhere near being in a prize hand but there is still time to receive a prize if you get the chance to play in the next week.  Current hand number is 64,713,376,831.  Prizes are awarded on each 1 millionth hand so the next one would be on 64,714,000,000.

  • The 65 billionth hand will be dealt in the next hour!

Join as many tables as you can and keep an eye on those hand numbers.

    Good luck.

  • Dang, wish I could!! Are you playing blue???

  • Yes Rose - I just loaded up 2 tables but it's really hard to get a seat.  I'm on the fixed limit tables.  Current hand number 64,998,474,733.  So just over 1 million hands away.

  • 64,999,156,639 is the current hand.  So many peoiple online - currently 199,000 players.

  • 226,000+ players

Hand number 64,999,849,048.  It's going to be in the next few minutes.

  • That was it.  The nearest I was - 65,000,004,053.

  • Holy cow...I know I may sounds silly but wow, over 226.000 players online!  :`o

I wonder how difficult it would have been to win that sixty-five billionth hand...sounds almost impossible especially competing with large number of players.

    Blue...Is your chance over then?

  • Wow that is a lot of players online. I'm amazing that they could handle such traffic. Very cool that you were among them blue!

That was a huge number of players.  I don't think I've ever seen it that busy.  You couldn't get a ring table seat for love nor money.

Yes unfortunately Nan, my chance is over.  I was telling the players to hurry up or we wouldn't stand a chance but they took no notice.  We had several hands leading up to the big one that had the number 0 or 00 on the end and I really thought we were going to be lucky.  There were between 20,000 - 40,000 hands being played between each deal so that gives you an idea as to how "close" we were.  I would have hated to be at 65,000,000,001 though.  LOL

It was pretty exciting Froggy and the air seemed to be electric.  I also won a few hands too which was a bit of a bonus.  I can't wait for the 100,000,000,000th hand but there is 70billion/75billion etc to come yet.

  • Details of the lucky punter who won the 65 billionth hand:

"Finally, a major event for the world’s biggest poker site, PokerStars has happened over the weekend. Namely, on July 24 the site dealt its 65 billionth poker hand, and the honors went to Christopher Small, a New Zealander from Christchurch, who became the first internet player to be rewarded for being dealt the jubilee hand within the Pokerstars Mega Milestone promotion.

The promo gave out $770,588.88 to more than 1,600 Pokerstars players over 301 hands.

Small, who was playing at a $.10/$.25 six-max no-limit hold'em table, one of 24 tables he was playing at the time, stated: "I was 24-tabling and saw the popup telling me I was involved in the 65th billionth hand. I had ace-king when I looked at the table. My reaction was one of 'this must be a dream.' I couldn't believe it."

The six players at the table had moved all-in and the board ran out, so Small took the major win of $68,420, whilst the other five players won at least $1,710 apiece."

OMG 24 tables he was playing at.  I guess he deserves it for the huge effort.  A very nice win for a .10c/.25c hand.  Congrats to him.

    blue

  • What a amazing promo and win! And blue was a part of it. It had to be heart stopping!

How in the world could he keep up with 24 tables. I think the most i ever tried to play was 6 and it was the last time!

Thanks for letting us follow along on your journey.

  • It must have been a nightmare to keep up with the 24 tables.  Imagine if he had missed it and his hand was folded!

It was exciting Lips - I only played for a very short time, but it was pretty electric.

I'm looking forward to the 70 billionth hand already.

  • The Road to 100 Billion Hands - 70 BILLION

Pokerstars is back on the radar again with another milestone hand fast approaching.

The Road to 100 Billion is a cash game promotion that is awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash prizes as PokerStars heads towards dealing its 100 billionth hand. The next big milestone is 70 billion, and players in the UK can win their share of $750,000 in cash if they get dealt into one of the special hands.

Prizes are being paid out to players sitting at the table where every millionth hand is dealt from 69,700,000,000 to 70,000,000,000, and all you have to do for a chance of winning is play real money ring games. If you get dealt in to the seventy billionth mega milestone hand and win, you’ll bag at least $70,000 in cash. See the Milestone Hand Prize Examples below for more on how cash is awarded.

Here’s some tips on how to get dealt into a milestone hand:

Multi-table: The more tables you are seated at, the greater your chance of being dealt into a milestone hand.

Play for longer: Cash prizes during milestone hands are awarded based on the amount of VIP Player Points (VPPs) earned during your time at that table, and you accumulate VPPs each time you play a raked hand on a ring game table. That means the more you play at a specific table, the more money you can potentially win.

Play action-packed games: Games like Limit Hold'em and Pot Limit Omaha often create lots of fast action, so playing on this type of table means you can earn VPPs at a faster rate.

You can keep track of the number of hands dealt already by looking at the number listed as ‘Previous’ in the top left hand corner of any ring game table in the PokerStars client. When you see the numbers ticking towards the next milestone, it’s time to play more!

70 Billionth Milestone Poker Hand Examples

The run up to the 70 million hand milestone is your chance to win a share of $750,000 worth of added cash prizes! See below for examples of what you can win.

Players dealt into a milestone hand win a cash prize of $50 for every VIP Player Point (VPP) they earned in the previous 50 hands played on that table. All players dealt in will also receive a base prize of $50, and any player that wins a portion of the main pot will get their prize doubled!

Dealt into Milestone Hand: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $50) + $50 = Cash Prize

        Win Milestone Hand: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $50 + $50) x 2 = Cash Prize

Note: The 300 regular Milestone Hands will begin with hand number 69,700,000,000 and end with hand 69,999,000,000.

Example: You play for half an hour on a $1/$2 NLHE table. You play 53 hands in this time and are then dealt into a milestone hand. The system will look at the most recent 50 hands that you've played at that table and calculate the number of VPPs earned. In this instance, you earned 31 VPPs, so the prize will be: 31 * $50 + $50 = $1,600. If you go on to win the hand, you'll receive $3,200.

    Mega Milestone

When the big 70 Billion Mega Milestone is reached, all players dealt in will be rewarded $500 for every VPP earned in the previous 50 hands (calculated same as above, including the base prize of $500 for all players dealt in). The winner of the Mega Milestone will also have their prize money doubled, and will also receive $70,000 on top - which means a grand total of tens of thousands of dollars!

Dealt into Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $500) + $500 = Cash Prize

        Win Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $500 + $500) x 2 + $70,000 = Cash Prize

In the event of a split pot (either from a tied hand or from a split pot game) all winners will receive a share of the $70,000 proportional to their share of the main pot of the hand.

Example 1: You play 50 hands and earn 60 VPPs when the Mega Milestone hand hits on your table. You will receive (60 x $500) + $500 = $30,500. You win the hand and your cash prize is doubled to $61,000. You will also receive an additional $70,000 - bringing the total cash award up to $131,000.

Example 2: You play 26 hands and earn 17 VPPs when the Mega Milestone hand hits on your table. You will receive (17 x $500) + $500 = $9,000. The hand plays out and you split the pot with one of your opponents. Your cash prize is doubled to $18,000 and you receive half of the additional $70,000, taking your total cash prize to $53,000.

I'll keep you updated with when the mileston hand is likely to hit.

    Good luck if you play.

  • You should be playing on PokerStars cash tables (ring games) right now as the next milestone hand leading up to the 70 billionth hand is about to be dealt.

    blue

  • Here is the moment the 69.7 billionth hand was dealt, the winner and their prize money.  Not bad for a 2c/5c table!

    winnings.png

  • I played until the 69.75 billionth hand and the players won $1500 (longest time spent playing) and the others all won $800.  One player folded (or was sitting out - can't remember which) and couldn't understand why he didn't win anything...silly person.

This was on a $1/$2 table and all 3 players went all in.  It was quite exciting to watch too.

The current hand in play is #69745193687 so the next milestone hand will be 69750000000.

  • Next Poker Hand Mega Milestone: 75 Billion

The next stage in the road to 100 billion hands has arrived at PokerStars!

The Road to 100 Billion is a cash game promotion that is awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash prizes as PokerStars heads towards dealing its 100 billionth hand. The next big milestone is 75 billion, and players can win their share of up to $1,000,000 in cash if they get dealt into one of the special hands.

The run up to the 75 billion hand milestone is your chance to win a share of up to $1,000,000 worth of added cash prizes! See below for examples of what you can win.

Players dealt into a milestone hand win a cash prize of $60 for every VIP Player Point (VPP) they earned in the previous 50 hands played on that table. All players dealt in will also receive a base prize of $20, and any player that wins a portion of the main pot will get their prize doubled!

Dealt into Milestone Hand: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $60) + $20 = Cash Prize

        Win Milestone Hand: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $60 + $20) x 2 = Cash Prize

Note: The 300 regular Milestone Hands will begin with hand number 74,700,000,000 and end with hand 74,999,000,000.

Example: You play for half an hour on a $1/$2 NLHE table. You play 53 hands in this time and are then dealt into a milestone hand. The system will look at the most recent 50 hands that you've played at that table and calculate the number of VPPs earned. In this instance, you earned 31 VPPs, so the prize will be: 31 * $60 + $20 = $1,880. If you go on to win the hand, you'll receive $3,760.

    Mega Milestone

When the big 75 Billion Mega Milestone is reached, all players dealt in will be rewarded $1,000 for every VPP earned in the previous 50 hands (calculated same as above, but this time with a base prize of $10,000 for all players dealt in). The winner of the Mega Milestone will also have their prize money doubled - which means a grand total of tens of thousands of dollars!

Dealt into Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $1,000) + $10,000 = Cash Prize

        Win Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in previous 50 hands x $1,000 + $10,000) x 2 = Cash Prize

In the event of a split pot (either from a tied hand or from a split pot game) all players that took a portion of the main pot will have their prize money doubled.

Example 1: You play 50 hands and earn 60 VPPs when the Mega Milestone hand hits on your table. You will receive (60 x $1,000) + $10,000 = $70,000. You win the hand and your cash prize is doubled to $140,000.

Example 2: You play 26 hands and earn 17 VPPs when the Mega Milestone hand hits on your table. You will receive (17 x $1,000) + $10,000 = $27,000. The hand plays out and you split the pot with one of your opponents. Your cash prize is therefore doubled to $54,000.

    Good luck.

  • Next Poker Hand Mega Milestone: 80 Billion

The Road to 100 Billion is a cash game promotion that is awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash prizes as PokerStars heads towards dealing its 100 billionth hand. The next big milestone is 80 billion, and you can win their share of up to $1,000,000 in cash if you get dealt into one of the special hands.

Prizes are being paid out to players sitting at the table where every millionth hand is dealt from 79,700,000,000 to 80,000,000,000, and all you have to do for a chance of winning is play real money ring games. If you get dealt in to the eightieth billionth mega milestone hand and win, you’ll bag at least $20,000 in cash. See the Milestone Hand Prize Examples page for more on how cash is awarded.

Here are some tips on how to profit from a milestone hand:

    1.    Multi-table: The more tables you are seated at, the greater your chance of being dealt into a milestone hand.

    2.    Play for longer: Cash prizes during milestone hands are awarded based on the amount of VIP Player Points (VPPs) earned during your time at that table.

    3.    Loosen up: You earn VPPs every time you contribute to a raked pot. The more pots you play in, the more VPPs you will earn.

You can keep track of the number of hands dealt already by looking at the number listed as ‘Previous’ in the top left hand corner of any ring game table in the PokerStars client. When you see the numbers ticking towards the next milestone, it’s time to play more!

    dealt-hand-screenshot.jpg

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of the regular cash game tables.

    Good luck and keep playing!

  • Just over 300,000 hands to be dealt at Pokerstars for the next milestone hand. Log in and play if you want to be a part of it.

  • It wasn't me!

Attached is a picture of the table when the milestone hand 79723000000 hit.  One player was not in the hand and that was wrxstiua - I guess he didn't check the hand number (top left of picture) before he folded.  One player won $875 and AnAceKing won $333.  The lowest payout was $202.

Well done to all of them.

Top prize was $668.80 and everyone else in the hand won at least $100 +.

See the attached replay of the hand for the outcome.

    blue

    milestone_split.png

  • If you're not playing at PokerStars on their cash tables right now, I recommend you get over there for the afternoon as the 80billionth hand is likely to hit today.  Each milestone hand is paying out wads of cash to the lucky winners and it would be awful if you missed out!

The next milestone hand is 79,951,000,000.

    blue

  • Maybe I was a bit ahead of myself when I thought the 80billionth hand would hit yesterday.  It will definitely hit today.

PokerStars have just dealt the 79,992,000,000 which means there are 8 million hands to play to get to the big one.

Get playing now, don't leave your table(s) and don't sit out because missed blinds will reduce the amount of cash you can win if you are dealt into a milestone hand.

A new addition to the displays this year, is an estimated amount that you can win if you are dealt into a milestone hand (this figure shows bottom right of the table).  You will see 2 amounts and the higher of the two is what you could win if you win the hand and the lower amount is the amount you can win if you do not win the hand.  This sum only goes up if you participate in a hand.

Good luck if you are playing today.

  • Next Poker Hand Mega Milestone: 85 Billion

The PokerStars Road to 100 Billion is a cash game promotion that is awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash prizes as PokerStars heads towards dealing its 100 billionth hand. The next big milestone is 85 billion, and players can win their share of up to $1,000,000 in cash if they get dealt into one of the special hands.

Prizes are being paid out to players sitting at the table where every millionth hand is dealt from 84,700,000,000 to 85,000,000,000, and all you have to do for a chance of winning is play real money ring games. If you get dealt in to the eighty five billionth mega milestone hand and win, you’ll bag at least $20,000 in cash. See the Milestone Hand Prize xamples page for more on how cash is awarded.

Here are some tips on how to profit from a milestone hand:

Multi-table: The more tables you are seated at, the greater your chance of being dealt into a milestone hand.

Play for longer: Cash prizes during milestone hands are awarded based on the amount of VIP Player Points (VPPs) earned during your time at that table.

The big 100 billion Milestone will hit in 2013, and you can expect some huge additions to the amount of cash on offer - watch this space!

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of the regular cash game tables.

Don’t forget that you can also play real money ring games on the Mobile poker app. This means you don’t have to be sitting at your computer to be dealt into a milestone hand.

Get playng now...you gotta be in it to win it.

    blue

  • At the current pace, hand 85 Billion is due to be dealt between 12:00 and 15:00 ET, on 20th August 2012. Every player dealt into the hand will receive at least $10,000 - so make sure you are online and playing ring games for your shot at the jackpot!

Remember; you boost your potential prize with every VPP earned at the tables, so play plenty of pots to maximise how much you can win.

The winners of the 80 billion Mega Milestone hand were playing micro-stakes, and shared total prize money of over $140K!

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of the regular cash game tables.

  • Next Poker Hand Mega Milestone: 90 Billion

The Road to 100 Billion is a cash game promotion that is awarding hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash prizes as PokerStars heads towards dealing its 100 billionth hand. The next big milestone is 90 billion, and players can win their share of up to $1,000,000 in cash if they get dealt into one of the special hands.

Prizes are being paid out to players sitting at the table where every millionth hand is dealt from 89,700,000,000 to 90,000,000,000, and all you have to do for a chance of winning is play real money ring games. If you get dealt in to the ninety billionth mega milestone hand and win, you’ll bag at least $20,000 in cash. See the Milestone Hand Prize Examples page for more on how cash is awarded.

Here are some tips on how to profit from a milestone hand:

Multi-table: The more tables you are seated at, the greater your chance of being dealt into a milestone hand.

Play for longer: Cash prizes during milestone hands are awarded based on the amount of VIP Player Points (VPPs) earned during your time at that table.

The big 100 billion Milestone will hit in 2013, and you can expect some huge additions to the amount of cash on offer!

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of our regular cash game tables.

Don’t forget that you can also play real money ring games on the Mobile poker app. This means you don’t have to be sitting at your computer to be dealt into a milestone hand.

  • I think these type of promotions are absolutely brilliant. To be sitting at one of these tables as it draws near to that anxiously awaited hand adds that much more excitement.

Geez i can't even fathom 100 billion hands can you? That's a lot of cards dealt!

    Lips

  • It is incredible Lips and so exciting especially when the next milestone is coming up.

100 billion looks like this 100,000,000,000 or it is 100 million thousands or 100 thousand, thousand, thousands.  Phew.

If Pokerstars earned just 1c from each hand, that would be worth 1 billion bucks!  Really brings home how much PokerStars is worth.

    blue

  • At the current pace, hand 90 Billion is due to be dealt at PokerStars between 11:00 and 14:00 ET, on November 29. Every player dealt into the hand will receive at least $10,000 - so make sure you are online and playing ring games for your shot at the jackpot!

Remember; you boost your potential prize with every VPP earned at the tables, so play plenty of pots to maximise how much you can win.

The winners of the 85 billion Mega Milestone hand were playing micro-stakes, and shared total prize money of just under $100K!

  • Holy smokes i bet it will be hard to even get a seat at the tables. Do tournament players count too or is this just strictly for ring games as you mentioned?

  • Just ring games Lips, at any stake and not rush poker ring games.

    blue

  • The 90 Billionth hand was dealt yesterday at PokerStars.  m1sspiggy won the hand with two pairs (see pic attached) and a whopping $66k+

Here are the payouts for all players:

    m1sspiggy -- $66,380.00

    Balázska87 -- $36,370.00

    carambaWOW -- $14,770.00

    guss23778 --$48,130.00

    Kud3 -- $32,190.00

    SHUR43 --$31,790.00

    Total: $229,630.00

So the road to 100 billion continues and this time, PokerStars will be celebrating the 100 billionth hand.  I wonder how much they will pay out for that huge milestone hand?

  • Road to 100 Billion Poker Hands: 95 Billion

PokerStars 95 Billionth Milestone Hand Information and Tips

Millions of dollars in cash prizes have been given away on the Road to 100 Billion hands dealt, and this year, that journey will finally come to an end with the biggest, richest celebrations yet. But before the 100 Billion party, there are still plenty more milestone rewards to be won. The next big-money stop on the road is hand 95 Billion.

There’s up to $1,000,000 in cash to play for, and more than 300 chances to win. Simply play PokerStars cash game tables and be dealt into a millionth hand from 94,700,000,000 to 95,000,000,000 (e.g. 94,902,000,000). If you're successful, you’ll receive a cash prize that could be worth thousands of dollars. And if you're good enough to win the big ninety-five billionth hand, you will receive at least $20,000!

Try to take a seat at a table well in advance of the next milestone hand to increase the amount of your potential prize.

Loosen up - you earn VPPs every time you contribute to a raked pot. The more pots you play in, the more VPPs you will earn.

There will be 300 regular milestone hands, and a final Mega Milestone in this, the final stop before we reach 100 Billion. For the 95 Billion celebration, it’s hand #94,700,000,000 to #95,000,000,000. Next up after that will be the big 100,000,000,000, so keep checking back to find out more.

The 100 Billion Milestone will hit in 2013, and you can expect some huge additions to the amount of cash on offer - watch this space!

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of the regular cash game tables.

  • At the current pace, hand 95 Billion is due to be dealt between 01:30 and 05:30 ET, on March 4, and every player dealt into the hand will receive at least $10,000! Make sure you’re playing PokerStars ring games for your shot at the jackpot!

Remember; you will boost your potential prize with every VPP earned at the tables, so play plenty of pots on plenty of tables to maximise your prize.

Last November, the winners of the 90 Billion Mega Milestone hand shared more than $220K in total prize money! In 48 hours, you too could do the same.

Please Note: Hands dealt on Zoom tables are not eligible for milestone hand prizes. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of the regular cash game tables.

  • The 95 billionth hand has been dealt - see the screenshot attached.

The hand was dealt to the $0.08/$0.16 No-Limit Hold'em table 'Pasiphae'.

There was some drama at the table when Hungarian player MenFedlak lost his connection to the game.  They gave him extra time...again and again.  It seems they gave him 30 minutes but alas it wasn't enough for him to reconnect.  However, they did pay him off.  What a time to be disconnected from a game!

Here is the pay-off to all the players.  RichB17 won the hand hitting a straight on the river

    The Mega Milestone winners

    RichB17: $23,920

    pacheko23980: $14,800

    yanno: $13,070

    soya_aware: $12,400

    SAURO1980: $12,240

Well done all winners who scooped a total payout of $122,030.

    Roll on 100 Billion!

    95_billionth_hand.png

  • On 17th July 2011, the countdown started (on LPB) on the road to 100 billion hands.  65 billion hands was the first target and now, finally, PokerStars will reach that magical 100 billionth hand (100,000,000,000) in June.

You can win a share of $5,000,000 in the 100 Billion Hands Celebration.  Special promotions start early June with the richest-ever ring game promotion - a special edition of the Road to 100 Billion! They’re expecting to award $2,000,000 in cash, including a Million Dollar Hand for the 100 billion Mega Milestone.

The celebrations won’t just be happening at the ring games tables though. New to the Road to 100 Billion, there will be another $3,000,000 in prizes awarded in special promotions that cover a huge range of games. They can’t tell you all the details now, but watch this space…

  • 100 Billion Mega Milestone - Million Dollar Hand!

When the massive 100 Billion Mega Milestone is reached, all players dealt in on that table will be rewarded $10,000, and the winner of the hand will receive $100,000. Players will also receive $2,000 for every VPP they have earned in the last 50 hands at the table. This is almost guaranteed to be the biggest milestone hand prize in history!

Dealt into Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in last 50 hands x $2,000) + $10,000 = Cash Prize

        Win Mega Milestone: (# of VPPs in last 50 hands x $2,000) + $100,000 = Cash Prize

Once the Mega Milestone prizes have been calculated, whatever is left from the $1M of prize money will be the Stake Share. An amount to be split between all the players that were dealt into the same stakes, betting structure (i.e. no limit, pot limit, fixed limit) and game at the exact time the hand is first dealt, e.g. $15/$30 Limit Hold’em.

The Stake Share money will be split proportionally based on the number of VPPs each player has earned towards a milestone hand prize, as a percentage of the total for all eligible Stake Share winners.

In the event of the $1M Mega Milestone hand being a split pot (either from a tied hand or from a split pot game) all players that took a portion of the main pot will share equally the $100,000 winner’s prize.

Example: You play 41 hands and earn 55 VPPs when the Mega Milestone hand hits on your table. You win the Mega Milestone hand and earn a further 5 VPPs in the process for a total of 60 VPPs. You will receive (60 x $2,000) + $100,000 = $220,000 as your prize.

There are five other players at the table who each win $10,000 and a total of $320,000 for the VPPs they have earned. The total prize money awarded at the Mega Milestone table is therefore $590,000, leaving $410,000 for the Stake Share.

The total amount of VPPs earned towards milestone hands at $1/$2 NLHE comes to 205,000, meaning each VPP earned is worth $2. Your 60 VPPs are therefore worth an additional $120 of Stake Share.

All other players dealt into $1/$2 NLHE tables at the time the mega milestone hand is dealt will receive $2 per VPP earned during the last 49 hands at that table.  Players who are seated at multiple Stake Share eligible tables will receive their share based on eligible VPPs earned at all eligible tables.

  • If you have yet to play ring games to try and win a milestone hand, PokerStars have made it easy to know how close (or far) you are away from the next milestone hand.

When you are seated at the table and you have played at least one hand, you will see the potential amount you could win plus the number of hands you are away from the next milestone hand.  See the pic attached.

Also, once the milestone hand has hit, you can view the table and this shows how much each player has won.  Nice touch!  See the 2nd pic attached.

  • Hand 100 Billion is due to be dealt between 13:00 and 19:00 ET, on June 13th. Play PokerStars ring games* for your shot at winning a share of $1,000,000 for free!

The winner of the Mega Milestone will receive at least $100K, and everyone else dealt in at the table will receive at least $10K. Your prize could be boosted by tens of thousands based on your play in the run up to the hand!

The remainder of the $1M prize pool will be shared between all players that were playing at the same game and stakes as the Mega Milestone (e.g. $0.50/$1, No Limit Hold’em). It’s called the Stake Share, and it’s your best ever chance of being a Milestone Hands winner!

    * Zoom ring games are not eligible. To win a prize, you must be playing on one of our regular real money cash game tables.

  • Today is the day that the big one will hit on PokerStars.  They are just 26 million hands away from the big 100 billionth hand.

Currently 82,000 players online which no doubt will increase dramatically as the day goes on.  Sadly, I can't be around when it hits but I will post news about it later.

Good luck if you are playing on PokerStars today.  Would be fantastic to hear about one of our members being in the BIG one!
