  • My boyfriend made a bet on Pokerstars and actually he won regarding to the score but the PS Software has an error and it shows the bet as still open. This was yesterday. Since then he made many complainst about the issue but the support from Pokerstars just has not answered yet after 15 hours. It there something like casino representative anywhere or is there some other possibility to look for an arbitor.

     

    And my generall question is: what is your experience with complaints against Pokerstars because they are too big not to have a chat and the complainst via email are at least annoying.

    Pokerstars doesn't have live chat because there is no need for it at the moment... And on the other hand it would cost Pokerstars a fortune to keep a live chat, because there are tons of people online.

    As the priority is poker there,  nothing goes wrong, and if something goes wrong there's always a person in chat..

    I have had some problems with deposits and withdrawals, but on the other hand of casinos, they contacted me not vice versa.

     

  • There is a sporting bet section and you can bet like on a sporting bet site and usually after the bet is won you get your money and this is it, over. In this case, there is a technical issue and the support does not react after many hours which is very unusual. Usually the support answers you in one or two hours.

    At least they answered that there has been technical issues and this was after 30 hours, which is amazing. Apparetnly a lot of accounts are involved and they do resolve every problem manually and he still does not have the money which is unbelievable because the bet was won on the 3rd of March. I hope that this whould not take a whole week.

  • Pokerstars will do right by your boyfriend. They are on the up and up.

    I would take a screen shot, to show the bet was made. You can never have too much evidence to support your case.

  • They paid him after 4 days, many emails to the support of Pokerstar and complaints and yes the screenshot was there the whole time but this wasn't the big help. Apparently the betting software is full with errors and it causes many similar mistakes, which is a shame. I am speechless.

  • 4 days wait for a bet to be paid is absurd.  They should close their sportsbook down and resolve the probs before taking any more bets - it really is unnaceptable to wait that long..
