Anybody having problems depositing at Full Tilt with a Visa card

I made a deposit at Full tilt thur e-check. Since I'm a first time depositor i have to wait to 10 days to deposit again, so i try my visa card and it was decline. I called support and they said its your bank that has the problem. Called my bank they show no activity from that site and they told me to have them input it manually. Called support back told them what my bank said and they told me they couldn't do it manually. I don't understand other places can deposit manually. Why can't Full tilt?

I'm not sure why they can't do it manually - it is pretty unusual.  Most sites offer a "manual" process if you have trouble through the usual methods.

Is it because you were a first time depositor?  You said yourself you had to wait 10 days - is it likely that applies to any deposit after the first one?

I'm just trying to get a handle as to what their rules are re. first deposits/waiting times etc.

They told me they can't process it because my bank wont allow it. Called my bank and they told me its ok to use gaming site. I used my card at casino and poker site no problem. Support told me theyre not allow to do manual deposit.

Is it possible you put the wrong numbers in.  I've done that myself.  Perhaps you should give it another try - if there is no activity from your bank, it may be the number was wrong, as had it been correct, your bank would have shown a decline.

Thanks blue  I try 3 on Friday and 4 times yesterday. Its just funny that they wont help me out oh well i guess it saved me $$$...not...lol  Just deposit at another poker site and it worked.

That is a shame kynettie.  Good luck at the other site - sorry you had such a bad time trying to deposit.  Was there no other method you could have used?
