I signed up yesterday and sent my i.d. and they called and only offered me the 200% signup bonus.

It's definitely on their site.  Click the link in my first post, once the page has loaded point to promotions and you can see it there under "Birthday Promotion".

May I suggest you go back to them and tell them its on their site.
